(KAKE) -

The family of Ashley Caldwell is hoping someone can come forward with details on what happened to her.

Ashley was last seen in Wichita on May 28, 2017. She’s a mother of five kids and was very social, a cousin told KAKE News.

Her cousin, who we are not identifying, said they spoke to Ashley regularly. They saw Ashley a week before she went missing. She was supposed to testify in a trial, her cousin said.

Family believes someone may have harmed Ashley.

*In a prior update, KAKE News had reported Ashley was found. The case was cleared, but we're told there is still an active attempt to locate her. We sincerely regret this error.
