Wichita Fire Department raising money for firefighter with brain cancer

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

The Wichita Fire Department is raising money for one of their own who was recently diagnosed with aggressive brain cancer.

The department said Friday on Facebook and firefighter Mohr has dedicated nearly 24 years to the City of Wichita and the Wichita Fire Department.

"He was recently diagnosed with an aggressive cancerous brain tumor," the post says. "As a family, the Wichita Fire Department is coming together to raise funds for him, his wife and their three sons (ages 13, 17 and 19)."
