NORMAN, Okla. (KAKE) -

Wichita State transfer Austin Reaves has signed his financial aid agreement with the University of Oklahoma, the school announced today.

Reaves spent the last two seasons at WSU averaging 8.1 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2 assists last year.

"I'm happy to be a part of a program with great coaches and players," said Reaves. "I chose Oklahoma because of the relationships, the opportunities and that it’s a great place to go to school."

The 6-5 guard will have to sit out next season because of transfer rules, but will likely play again in Wichita when the Sooners visit the Shockers in the 2019-20 season.
