Salina Police search for shooting suspect

SALINA, Kan. -

Salina Police are searching a suspect in connection to a shooting.

Officers responded to a report of a gunshot victim in the 100 block of N. Front Street in Salina. Investigators later determined 36-year-old Darren Jackson was the shooter.

Jackson is facing aggravated battery, robbery and kidnapping charges.

He's described as being 5 ft 11 in. tall , roughly 198 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.

Jackson is considered armed and dangerous. If you have any information, you're asked to call the Salina Police Department at (785) 826-7210.
