Kansas stays at No. 4, Wichita State moves up to No. 6 in AP Poll

Wichita State moves up a spot to No. 6 in the first regular season Associated Press poll after their 109-57 beat down of UMKC last Friday night. Kansas meanwhile picks up a couple of first place votes as they stay at No. 4. They will battle No. 7 Kentucky in Chicago on Tuesday night.

The No. 24 Shockers were able to get ahead early while starting pitcher Tyler Davis threw five shutout innings only allowing two hits, one walk, while striking out a career high eight batters.
