Wichita police arrested 13 men in a prostitution-related sting along the Broadway corridor on Thursday.

Officer Charley Davidson said several units teamed up to focus on individuals attempting to purchase sexual relations along the corridor.

Thursday's arrests bring the total reported number of people arrested in recent stings to 37. Nineteen were arrested in two stings in late August and five were arrested in a September sting.

"We're going to continue to be proactive against this kind of activity," Officer Davidson said.
