ROXBURY, Kan. (KAKE) -

Authorities in McPherson County are investigating what caused a fire that destroyed a grain bin in Roxbury.

Fire officials were called just after 1 p.m. to a fire at the only grain elevator in the town of just over 100 people. No injuries were reported.

"Do not know a cause yet," said Assistant Fire Chief Richard Baldwin. "They're finishing up, cleaning up debris piles and extinguishing what's remaining of the hot spots, and then they'll start the investigation."
