Man sentenced to life in Wichita murder case

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

A man will spend the remainder of his life in prison for killing an elderly Wichita man. 

A judge sentenced Boe Adams to life in prison with no parole for 50 years.    Adams was sentenced in the April stabbing death of Otto Meyer.  Meyer, 86,  was murdered after he showed a rental property to Adams and a woman.   Adams and the woman were captured when they tried to cash a check drawn on Meyer's account.  

Adams pleaded guilty to first degree murder, aggravated robbery, theft and forgery.  Yvonne Mosqueda faces charges of first degree murder, aggravated robbery and theft.
