Norton's Ruder commits to North Carolina

One of the top high school football players in Kansas will play his college ball in North Carolina.

Norton quarterback Jace Ruder announced on his twitter account today that's he committed to the University of North Carolina. 

Ruder, a dual threat quarterback,  made unofficial visits to other schools including Georgia and Florida State.  He originally committed to Tulsa before reopening his recruitment.
