GRANDVIEW, Mo. (KAKE) -

Emergency crews were called to a series of explosions Tuesday night in Grandview, Missouri, south of Kansas City. No injuries are reported.

City officials confirmed to KCTV Tuesday night there were several explosions inside a lawn care business, including a first "massive" one. It was strong enough to blow out the windows of seven homes and 19 apartments in the area.

Officials speculated ammunition inside the building may be involved, so the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms plans to be part of the investigation.

Several people across the Kansas City area told KMBC-TV they felt the major explosion. Then a fire was visible from Interstate 49 (the old U.S. 71).
