Abby joined the KAKE news team in May of 2007 after graduating from Wichita State University with a degree in Strategic Communication.
Abby got her first broadcast experiences right here at KAKE as an intern in the newsroom. She enjoys all aspects of being a reporter including: meeting and interviewing interesting people, telling their stories, and the opportunity to bring about change.
Originally from Indiana, Abby has lived in Wichita for the past two years and is happy to call Kansas her home. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband, Chris and her dog, Scrapper. She also enjoys reading, shopping, playing golf, and taking the time to visit family as often as possible.
