Week 3 of the NFL season opens in Philadelphia as the Eagles host the Kansas City Chiefs.

The game marks coach Andy Reid's return to the city where he led the Eagles to nine playoff appearances, six division titles, five NFC championship games and one Super Bowl. But he says he's trying to focus on the game at hand instead of history.

Reid is off to a fast start in KC. The Chiefs have beaten Jacksonville and Dallas. New coach Chip Kelly and the up-tempo Eagles are 1-1.

Stamina could come into play in Thursday night's matchup. The Eagles are the first team in NFL history to start the season with three games in 11 days. The Chiefs are playing their third game in 12 days.
