Tiger Woods is the man to catch on Sunday
at the PGA Championship, the final major of the season.
After starting the day with a four-shot advantage, Woods will
take a two-shot lead over South Korea's Y.E. Yang and Ireland's
Padraig Harrington into Sunday's final 18 holes. Woods played his
third round in 1-under 71 to move eight under for the tournament.
Yang torched the Hazeltine course with a
5-under 67 to tie Harrington at 6 under. Harrington, the defending
PGA champion, shot a 3-under 69. Henrik Stenson and U.S. Open
victor Lucas Glover are tied, four shots off the lead.
This has been Woods' best run at a major this year. He tied for
sixth in both the Masters and U.S. Open. Woods missed the cut at
last month's British Open. He is vying for his 15th major title.
He is 36-and-1 when he has the lead going into the final round,
and 14-and-0 at the majors.
