We have a pair of KAKE Sports Athletes of the Week this week. Congratulations to the AVCTL Division IV league champion doubles team of Esther Cho and Grace Lemaster of Collegiate.

In Monday's league title match the duo found themselves down a set with their backs against a wall but they came back to winthe league doubles title over Maize South. As you might expect the two players' games compliment each other well and they're also very good at complimenting each other.

"She has a really good serve and her forehand is amazing." said Cho of Lemaster.

"Esther has a wicked backhand, she's smart in placing, she knows how to finish a point and knows how to win." Lemaster told of Cho.

Collegiate will compete in Class 4A regionals this weekend at Hesston with hopes of making it to state.
