Wichita's Nikki Daniels finished in the middle of the pack in her preliminary race at the U.S. Olympics Swimming trials in Omaha, Nebraska.
Daniels finished 77th out of 152 swimmers in the 100 breaststroke. The top 16 swimmers move to the semifinals.
Daniels, a Northwest High School graduate, recently completed her sophomore season at the University of Arkansas.
