The football season came to an end for Maize High Friday night, but the Eagles' secret weapon could be on the way to the Super Bowl.

The NFL is giving the five biggest football fans in the nation Super Bowl tickets.

Chris Leon has Down Syndrome. He's been a fixture at Maize High games since 2005, his freshman year.

Chris was rightfully named Maize's number one fan back in 2007.
"During football season I was going through chemotherapy and the team got together and pitched in and bought him his own number one jersey for being the number one fan", said Chris' Mom, Pat.

Pat said her biggest fear isn't her health, it's that Chris might miss a Maize football game. "For all these years, the players have continued the tradition of taking him as part of the team, and he really feels a part of the team."

The winners of the Super Bowl tickets will be selected based on the number of people that vote for their football fan story.
