Baylor's Jones III Says OKC Is "Perfect Spot"

First-round draft pick Perry Jones III doesn't feel any pressure to prove he's one of the missing links to turn the Oklahoma City Thunder into an NBA champion.

His first goal is just to keep up with the standards set by franchise cornerstones Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.

Jones was introduced Saturday in Oklahoma City after falling to the No. 28 pick in the NBA draft, a surprising slide for a player once considered a top 10 talent and possibly even a candidate to be the No. 1 pick.

The former Baylor player says he's happy he ended up dropping to the Thunder and considers it the "perfect spot" for him.

The team made it all the way to the NBA Finals last season before losing to the Miami Heat.
