LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Rookie Kevin Durant and Seattle SuperSonics
teammate Nick Collison were the final cuts for the U.S. national
basketball team.
The final roster needs to be submitted Tuesday, a day before the
U.S. opens the FIBA (FEE'-buh) Americas tournament against
Venezuela.
The U.S. roster includes: Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Carmelo
Anthony, Amare Stoudemire (ah-MAH'-ray STOW'-duh-myr), Dwight
Howard, Jason Kidd, Chauncey Billups, Michael Redd, Andre Miller,
Tyson Chandler, Tayshaun Prince and Deron Williams.
