Savage Throws No-hitter For Wingnuts
Only once has a no-hitter been thrown in the American Association Independent Baseball League, that happened in August of 2006... that is until Tuesday night.

Wingnuts right-handed pitcher, Will Savage threw a complete game, no hitter vs Sioux City in a 1-0 final. Savage threw 124 pitches, striking out seven and walking four batters.

It's also the first no-hitter in team history. Wichita is five games ahead of St. Paul in the North division.
