(EUGENE)- Former Northwest High star Chris Harper continued to impress in just the second week of his college career at Oregon. Harper ran for a touchdown and threw for another score in UO's 66-24 rout of Utah State. Harper's first score came in the 3rd quarter, a 12 yard scramble for a touchdown. Then, Harper hit tight end Rory Cavaille for a 3 yard touchdown. For the day, Harper was 6/8 passing for 62 yards and he rushed for 25 yards. Click the video link to watch both of Harper's TD's!
