Wichita State beats Bradley in 10-0 shutout

WICHITA, Kan. (AP) -- Wichita State opened its three-game series
against Bradley with a 10-0 victory Thursday night.
Rob Musgrave pitched the shutout for the Shockers, who took the
game in eight innings for a 10-run rule win.
The Shockers, who are 39-and-15 overall and 17-and-5 in the
Missouri Valley Conference, outhit the Braves 18-5.
Wichita State's Andy Dirks and Conor Gillaspie each went
3-for-5. Dirks scored two runs and drove one in, and Gillaspie had
a team-high four RBI's.
Another Shocker, Ryan Jones, was 3-for-4 with three runs and two
RBI's.
It was the 22nd consecutive loss for Bradley (26-24, 10-12 MVC)
at Wichita State.
Bradley starter Chris Wright fell to 3-6. He gave up six earned
runs on nine hits and two walks.
