Kansas State linebacker Justin Roland is among seven rookie free agents who signed with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Roland is 6 feet and 245 pounds and was a team captain with the
Wildcats last year. He was second on the team in tackles with 70.

The Eagles also signed receivers Terrell Golden from Penn State,
Frantz Hardy from Nebraska, and Shaheer McBride of Delaware State.

Also signed were tackle Franklin Dunbar from Middle Tennessee
State, Hofstra cornerback Kyle Arrington, and Washington State
fullback Jed Collins.
