Shalee Lehning had 29 points and 16
rebounds as Kansas State beat Kansas 61-50. The win clinches a
share of the Big 12 regular-season title for the 19th-ranked
Wildcats.

Kansas State (21-8, 13-3 Big 12) became the first team in
conference history to finish in last place one year and win the
conference the next. The Wildcats were 4-12 last season and tied
Kansas for last place.

Kimberly Dietz added 15 points and Marlies Gipson had 10 for
Kansas State.

Danielle McCray had 17 points and LaChelda Jacobs added 14 for
Kansas (15-14, 4-12), which lost its fifth straight.
