Kansas State associate men's basketball
coach Dalonte Hill has been charged with driving under the
influence following his arrest last week.
Pottawatomie County Attorney Sherri Schuck said Monday that
she's also charging Hill with first refusal of a preliminary breath
test and speeding.
Authorities said they pulled over Hill's vehicle for a traffic
violation and arrested him on suspicion of DUI around 2 a.m.
Thursday, just hours after Kansas State upset No. 2 Kansas 84-75 in
Manhattan.
Hill was later released on $500 bond.
In a released statement Thursday, Hill apologized for the
incident and he was suspended for Saturday's loss at Missouri. He
is scheduled for arraignment Feb. 12.
