SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) -- Dale Lamberth scored 27 points tonight
to lead Missouri State to a 71-47 win over Wichita State in the
Missouri Valley Conference.
The Bears led 36-22 at halftime and improved to 9-7 overall, 2-2
in the conference.
Gal Merkel and Phillip Thomasson scored 11 points each for
Wichita State, which dropped to 8-7 overall, 1-3 in the Valley.
Spencer Laurie had 13 points for Missouri State and Deven
Mitchell added 11.
