Third-ranked Kansas gets starters back and swamps Ohio, 88-51
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- The third-ranked Kansas Jayhawks had
their preferred starting lineup intact for the first time this
season, beating Ohio 88-to-51 today.
Brandon Rush drained his first three 3-pointers and helped Mario
Chalmers spark a 19-0 run in the opening minutes at Kansas City's
new Sprint Center.
Rush made his first start and finished with 13 points.
Sherron Collins made his second appearance after missing six
games while healing a stress fracture.
Chalmers had 17 points and Darrell Arthur added 14 points.
The Bobcats were led by Bert Whittington's 10 points.
