The junior All-American is certain to be a high pick if he
declares for the NFL draft.
For now, the 6-foot-2, 205-pound Texas native just says he will
talk about that later.
The Number 8 Jayhawks (11-1) meet Number 5 Virginia Tech (11-2)
in the Orange Bowl on January 3rd.
It's Kansas' first major postseason game since the 1968 season,
and a big reason the Jayhawks got there is Talib.
He had interceptions in three straight games at one point this
year and a 100-yard interception return.
In the first half of the season, he also caught four touchdown
passes as a wide receiver.
Talib and left tackle Anthony Collins were the first position
players at Kansas named first-team All-American by The Associated
Press since 1973.
