LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) -- A day after being arrested for failing to
appear in court on traffic charges, Kansas guard Brandon Rush has
Rush says he has another court date set up.
Rush was the leading scorer the past two seasons for the
Rush failed to appear in court on November 28th on charges of
speeding and driving with a suspended license on October 19th.
He also faces charges from a December 2006 case for driving on
the wrong side of the road and having no proof of insurance.
Rush told reporters today he wasn't being responsible and had
gotten confused on the court dates.
Coach Bill Self said yesterday that Rush would play tomorrow
when the Jayhawks (8-0) host Depaul.
Self said that any punishment given to Rush would be done
