KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Kansas City quarterback Brodie Croyle
missed practice again today because of a sore back.
The Chiefs say his availability for Sunday's game against San
Diego is uncertain.
Croyle started the last two games but was hit in the back by a
knee last week against Oakland.
Coach Herm Edwards says that if Croyle can't practice tomorrow,
Damon Huard will start against the Chargers. Huard started the
first nine games for the Chiefs.
The injury happened on the Chiefs' second play from scrimmage
against Oakland. Croyle says his back was sore for most of the
