LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) -- Brandon Rush returned from ACL surgery and
scored seven points as Number 4 Kansas beat Division II Washburn
92-60 tonight.
The 6-foot-6 All-Big 12 guard wore a heavy brace on his knee and
played just 12 minutes.
Darrell Arthur scored 14 points and Mario Chalmers, Sasha Kaun
and Darnell Jackson had 10 each as the Jayhawks won their 599th
game in 52-year-old Allen Fieldhouse.
Angel Santiago scored 11 points for the Ichabods (0-1), who are
in the midst of playing four games in five days.
James Williams also had 11 points, and Mario Scott had 10 for
Washburn.
