LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) -- A pair of twins and a top junior college
player have signed letters of intent with the Kansas Jayhawks.
Marcus Morris is a 6-foot-8 forward from Philadelphia. He and
6-10 twin brother Markieff signed with Memphis last year but backed
out of their commitments and are attending prep school.
Junior college standout Mario Little also signed a letter of
intent.
Little is a 6-5 small forward who is rated the top junior
college player in the country by one recruiting service.
Kansas coach Bill Self says all three can play more than one
position and should fit his style of play.
Kansas is expected to announce two more signings tomorrow.
Kansas loses five scholarship seniors, and four other players could
declare for the NBA Draft.
