After a birdie binge, Greg Norman and Dan
Forsman are sharing the early lead at the U.S. Senior Open.

Norman made four straight birdies on the front nine, and Forsman
added four birdies on the back side. They had yet to play the final
nine holes.

Norman birdied Nos. 2-5, one short of matching the tourney
record. Forman moved into a tie with a birdie at No. 17 after
teeing off at No. 10 on Crooked Stick's par-72 course.

Three other players -- Joey Sindelar, Senior British Open champ
Loren Roberts and Jerry Courville -- were all at 3-under.

The tournament is being played on the longest course in Senior
Open history, 7,316 yards.
