The 20th Annual Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open will begin a week of festivities on Thursday, July 30th, leading up to tournament play on Thursday, August 6th, 2009 at Crestview Country Club.

The 20th Annual Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open begins Thursday, August 6th and wraps up with the Championship round on Sunday, August 9th. The field will include 156 members of the PGA TOUR’s Nationwide Tour and qualifiers, visiting from around the world to challenge Crestview’s North Course. This year’s purse of $550,000 is the largest amount ever awarded in Wichita, which includes a winner’s share of $99,000.
