When the opportunity to transfer to Kansas was presented to him, Crist jumped at the chance to reconnect with his old coach, Charlie Weis, who had just been hired.
Together, the two have set about rebuilding the Jayhawks program. The first test of their progress comes Saturday against South Dakota State.
