SEX OFFENDERS esp. those of CHILDREN should be locked up and never let out so they don't get released back into a world where OUR innocent children can be victimized by such monsters. How do you think that mother feels knowing how close she was to losing her child to that sicko? Even if he did serve all of his time, apparently he is damaged in the head and shouldn't be trusted. And he got "Good behavior" time knocked off, WHAT? He's a sexual predator to a 3, 4 & 7 yr old. Does he have to murder one next time to be seen as the monster he is? DISGUSTING.
In my opinion, I bet he's had it happen to him & "chooses" to continue the "cycle". These people don't realize the LIFE LONG effects it has on their victims. I also believe that he would continue to do this even if he was under "supervision". The only way you can prevent this type of person from being a repeat offender is by keeping them incarcerated, where they are watched 24/7.
Lock him up where? The jail is full, the prisons are filling up.....I'm all for "putting him away" but WHERE?
He should be locked up for the rest of his life, he has shown a continued pattern.
I chose to blame the freak who likes to touch/kidnap children. EVERYONE makes mistakes: lawyers, doctors, teachers, probation officers, law enforcement. But this freak keeps on making the decision to violate children.
in the over bloated system, nobody will ever find out who made the mistake. there are too many people who handle the papers to evr hold one person accountable for any problems. this is common with government agencies, the more people in the system, the less accountable anyone is.
I dont blame anyone for this mistake, his attempt to take this child would have happen if he was under supervision or not if we were harder on sex offenders even if there under age this would never happen.
even thou it was a mistake, whomever made that mistake should lose their job and quite possibily more since a known offender was put back on the streets and had he not been caught, who knows what he would have done to some poor child. thus endangering the rest of the community kids
