This Afternoon: Mostly sunny and quite chilly. Afternoon highs should only manage mid to upper 20s with mid-afternoon wind chills between 10 and 15.

This Evening: Mostly clear with temps by 9pm falling into the upper teens.

Wind: Northwest 7 to 15mph

Overnight: Mostly clear with freezing fog possible late. Lows should fall into the upper single digits to low teens. Coldest wind chills may be as low as -2 to -6

Wind: Northwest 5 to 10mph

Wednesday: Partly sunny and a little warmer. Highs should top out in the low to mid 30s.

Wind: North to south 5 to 10mph.
