A local student has been taken to a Wichita hospital for treatment after being cut with a razor blade inside a north Wichita school.

It happened at Word of Life Traditional School, 37th and Meridian, just after 10 a.m. Monday.

A school pastor said a teenage boy was attacked with a razor blade. He was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.

Wichita police questioned several students in connection to the incident. One teenager was taken into custody.
