The winter storm is giving some students an extra day off.
More than thirty school districts have canceled classes today, while others will start late.
Wichita schools (USD 259) will be in session. However, buses will avoid elevated roadways and could run 15-20 minutes late. No districts in Sedgwick County have called off classes.
