Regents President To Join Washburn University

The president and CEO of the Kansas Board of Regents has accepted a job at Washburn University in Topeka.

Reginald Robinson will leave his current job at the end of the academic year.

He has been hired as a professor of law and director of the Center for Law and Government at Washburn.

Robinson has served as the board's president and CEO since October 2002.

Before his appointment, Robinson was chief of staff for four years for University of Kansas Chancellor Robert Hemenway and a visiting associate professor in the University of Kansas School of Law.
