In regards to the football fields, if it was part of the bond issue the school board has no choice. They have to follow the bond issue, the money cannot be used for anything else, including the classroom.

By the way you want the wages on the non-profit privatization contractors (Youthville) that OUR TAXES are paying for? Go to Guidestar - it's even more now! That list is 2-3 years old. We are paying for this and that's not even counting the grants, sub-grant, contracts, sub-contracts and matching social security funds plus that they receive for each child and if they drug the child they get even more - ALL OF IT IS FROM OUR TAXES!!!!! Are you angry yet - who's getting rich here and who is broke?

I find it interesting that they are currently redoing at least two football fields with what I imagine is astro turf. Didn't realize football fields were a priority for classroom education.

I find it interesting that cuts to education are being made. These officials that keep purposing cuts wouldn't even have jobs if they didn't have an education.

Of course, by all means take more money from education. It is just your children's future. They will just have to do with larger classrooms and fewer supplies. They can't vote anyway, and uneducated people are easier for politicians to manipulate anyway.
