Seems to me that Roberts is the one that made his own trouble. It is against the law to expose yourself and as a public offical he should have been even more aware. The neighbor was minding their own business by reporting his behavior. The problem comes when neighbors do ignore abnormal behavior and then someone gets hurt later.

No one knows the true story. His testosterone levels were super low right before the incident, and he was chemically treated and before it was re-tested, this issue occurred. It turns out that the new testosterone levels were extremely high. Does the news ever take that into consideration? The medical perspective? Or clear up this person's name (or family name for that matter?). How rude!

Are you CRAZY????? Yes it did need to go as far as it did, he should have had jail time or some sort of treatment, he needs help if he exposed himself several times, he DOES need to be register as a sex offender, because that's what he is, says the jury and judge.

You all are nuts...this should of never gone as far as it did. He did no harm to anyone (that is accept for himself and his family) No harm to children, adults, or for that matter even animals.Mr. Roberts had to quite his job, his life, and work on his family due to a neighbor who could'nt mind her own business-or just knock on the door.

Probation?!? What are you thinking, Judge? He didn't expose himself accidently! It was SEVERAL counts, deliberately! Judge, you are an idiot!
