The City of Wichita’s Community Education Northeast team will be handing out “What Your Child Should Know by Kindergarten” bags from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec.16 through Friday, Dec. 19 at the Atwater Neighborhood City Hall, 2755 E 19th.

These bags have valuable information regarding resources and services available to parents of infants to preschoolers; beginner reading books; educational activities and a toy. Parents with children three and under are invited to stop by the center and pick up a bag. The bags will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.

This give-a-way is sponsored by the Children & Youth Roundtable, a team of businesses and organizations working to make a difference in the lives of the children in the Wichita community.
