Changes are coming to USD 259 that will affect thousands of children who attend 31 schools.
District leaders came out with their plan for where students will attend school -- requiring 3% to 4% of them to change schools in their proposed boundary changes.
In a meeting Monday, the district gave several maps of the new boundaries, but they stress these are by no means the final deal.
The public meetings begin Thursday, and there will be five meetings -- all beginning at 7 p.m. at different schools.
The key to the plan and having a say about how what changes are implemented, is attending the following meetings.
