KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- The Kansas City Chiefs are 4-8 with five
straight losses, but coach Herm Edwards says he's confident the
team won't quit.
The Chiefs also have injury problems, with Pro Bowl running back
Larry Johnson out for his fifth straight game because of a foot
injury.
Quarterback Brodie Croyle could also be sidelined for Sunday's
game in Denver.
Edwards says finishing strong in an otherwise dismal year could
have a positive carry-over effect for next year.
