Spicy Buffalo Shrimp Sauce - April 2, 2004

"Cooking with KAKE" - Recipe of the Week
Ingredients:


  • 2 oz. clarified butter
  • 4 oz. hot sauce
  • 12 peeled and deveined shrimp
Directions:

  1. Place butter in satue' pan and begin heating.
  2. Add hot sauce and let this cook until caramelization begins.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are cooked through.
  4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
