Sterling Silver® Ribeye Steaks Three Ways

Ingredients:

Sterling Silver® Rib Eye Steaks

  • 6 8-ounce Sterling Silver® Ribeye steaks

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Season Sterling Silver® Ribeye steaks with salt and peper.

  2. Grill on high until cooked to desired temperature.

  3. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with your choice of sauce recipes below.


Creamy Blue Cheese Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 4 tablespoons minced red onion

  • 2 tablespoons red wine

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. In a medium-size skillet, melt the butter on medium heat.

  2. Add the garlic and onion, and saute' until browned.

  3. Add the red wine and let simmer 1 minute.

  4. Add cream and blue cheese, and simmer on low heat 5 to 8 minutes until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.

  5. Add the parsley, and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Server over hot grilled or broiled Sterling Silver® ribeye steaks.


Korean Steak Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3 tablespoons sherry

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes

  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced



  1. Heat a skillet to medium heat.

  2. Add the sesame seeds and stir, toasting until golden brown.

  3. Add the soy sauce, sugar, sherry, sesame oil, garlic and pepper flakes, and simmer 8 to 10 minuets or until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon

  4. Let cool slightly, then add green onions.

  5. This is great as a marinade or served hot over grilled or broiled Sterling Silver® Ribeye steaks.


Herbed Olive Relish

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion

  • 1 Roma tomato, dices

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons each: fresh chopped rosemary, thyme, basil and parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Let rest at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.

  3. Serve over grilled or broiled Sterling Silver® Ribeye steaks.
