Pasta Diablo - December 29, 2006

"Cooking with KAKE" - Recipe of the Week
Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Pound of Cooked Pasta

  • 4 Ounces of Diced Grilled Chicken Breast

  • 1/8 Cup of Finely Diced Green Peppers

  • 1/8 Cup of Finely Diced Red Onions

  • 1 Cup of Carlos O'Kelly's Diablo Sauce

  • 1 Cup of Monterey Jack Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup of Diced Tomatoes

  • 1/8 Cup of Green Onion Tops, Sliced Thin

  • 2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream

  • 1 Jalapeno Seeded and Sliced if heat is desired

Directions:

  1. Spray Casserole Dish with Food Release.

  2. Add Cooked Pasta to Dish.

  3. Top Pasta with Diced Red Onions and Green Peppers.

  4. Add Cooked Diced Grilled Chicken.

  5. Top with Diablo Sauce.

  6. Cover To with Monterey Jack Cheese.

  7. Bake for Approximately 15 to 20 Minutes at 350 Degrees F.

  8. Top with Diced Tomatoes and Green Onion Tops.

  9. Add 2 Dabs of Sour Cream to Center of Casserole.

  10. Place Slices of Jalapeno around Top of Casserole if heat is desired.
