  • 1 Sheet Puff Pastry (15" x 10")

  • 8 Oz. Apple Pie Filling

  • 1 Oz. Raising

  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

  • 1 Egg

Directions:

  1. Thaw puff pastry at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes.

  2. Place pie filling down the center of the puff pastry, sprinkle raisins on top of the pie filling, then sprinkle half of the cinnamon and sugar on top of the filling and raisins.

  4. Fold the puff pastry over the pie filling and seal the two ends by pressing them together.

  5. Gently fold over the assembled strudel placing the seam on the bottom.

  6. Brush remaining egg on top of the strudel.

  7. Make slices into the top of the strudel with a sharp knife to allow venting of heat and to cook evenly.

  8. Finish the strudel by sprinkling the remaining cinnamon and sugar on top.

  9. Place in 400 degree F oven for approximately 15 minutes.

  10. Turn the strudel once and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
