Hidden Valley Ranch Fajitas - November 1, 2006

Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Lb. Steak of your choice, thinly sliced
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Directions:
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
- Saute steak and vegetables until the meat is no longer pink.
- Drain off any liquids.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix and lemon juice.
- Add to the steak mixture and heat on low for approximately 5-10 minutes.
- Serve buffet style with tortillas, sour cream, salsa and cheese so that picky little eaters can make a fajita of their choice.
