Hidden Valley Ranch Fajitas - November 1, 2006

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 Lb. Steak of your choice, thinly sliced

  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced

  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream

  • 1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat.

  2. Saute steak and vegetables until the meat is no longer pink.

  3. Drain off any liquids.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix and lemon juice.

  5. Add to the steak mixture and heat on low for approximately 5-10 minutes.

  6. Serve buffet style with tortillas, sour cream, salsa and cheese so that picky little eaters can make a fajita of their choice.
