Lime Cranberry Cooler Bars - October 31, 2006

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 7 Tablespoons Butter (softened)
- 1 14 Oz. Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 5 Tablespoons Bottled Lime Juice
- 2-3 Drops Green Food Coloring
- 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 Square White Chocolate (melted)

Directions:
- Mix flour, oats and salt, cut in butter until it resembles course crumbs.
- Take 2/3 cup of the crust mixture out to save for the top. Press the rest in a 9 X 13 inch glass baking dish.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Mix Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, lime juice and green food coloring.
- Pour over the crust and top with dried cranberries.
- Sprinkle the rest of the crust mixture over the bars.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
- After the bars are cool, lightly drizzle the white chocolate over the top of the bars.
- Let the chocolate set, cut, serve and enjoy!
